I just read your former news post, so I can understand what is even going on.
I think you care way too much about people liking/disliking certain things.
- If that person is breaking any laws or rules of the platform they are on, report them there (or to the appropriate branch of the justice system.)
- If they didn't, just ignore them and move on with your life. Celebrate what you 'like' rather than getting worked up about people who do not share your preferences. (Incidentally, that is also good life-advice in general. ;) )

Thank you. I don't know what to reply to, but to be honest, besides these, this person has had a significant impact on me. He deliberately targeted me and pointed out his problems online, pretending to be pitiful and spreading rumors
